Time was of the essence to clear out a whole apartment we owned as our previous tenant passed away. We contacted SERVPRO and Alex was out the next day. Alex gave us a quote that was very reasonable and seemed much more knowledgeable and professional than another company we contacted. He also went out of his way to travel down to the apartment several times to make sure things were going smoothly and was available to us through the entire process.
